I Was Diagnosed With Nstemi Myocardial Infarction. My Troponin Levels
I was diagnosed with nstemi myocardial infarction. My troponin levels started off at .67 and then steadily rose- 1.9 after I was admitted. They released me a pay later and said my levels had declined to 1.1 for the troponin. I had an echocardiogram ,cat scan and angiogram. They told me that I had partial blockage in 2 arteries 30 + 50%. I have yet to see the cardiologists for a follow-up but it is scheduled and I'm concerned at what the damage was to the heart has the troponin levels were about 45 times higher than the upper range of .045. Worried that the ejection fraction is poor because doesn't take much to make me short of breath. And then the second thing to worry about is left ventricular hyper chassis or other problems as this can be another reason for the shortness of breath other than the heart damage that was done. Also there was concerned about protein in the urine at level of 100, I know there could be several reasons for this I check my previous lab work over the last three years and everything was normal. I'm just hoping there is some sort of good prognosis but until I see him in a month I'm trying not to worry about it. Let me know what you think thank you
