I Was Diagnosed With Osteopenia In 2009 And Have Taken

I was diagnosed with osteopenia in 2009 and have taken either Boniva, Fosamax, or their generic form for over 5 yrs. I began experiencing fractures of the feet (three times in under a year) and my physicians have decided Prolia is best for me. I was also told to take calcium & vitamin D supplements as well, only to be told by my cardiologist not to take calcium (not good for the heart) I now have severe acid reflux as well as muscle spasms and severe back pain. Could the reflux and muscle spasms be a side effect of the prolia? If so, how can I combat these painful spasms and reflux? Thanks so much SK
