I Was Diagnosed With Pcos & Am Awaiting To Be

I was diagnosed with pcos & am awaiting to be referred to a specialist for possible endometriosis. I finished my period around
2 weeks ago so I am roughly mid cycle, I have been spotting for the last two days to begin with it was a really light pink and only a small amount and it has gradually become darker brown with one or two episode of red almost like a period but not enough. Anyway I have been suffering with really bad abdominal pains back pain and it almost feels like there's a lump on the right side possibly where my ovary may be. I have been feeling very nausea which is very unlike me. Also I have been experiencing a tearing like feeling near my belly button sometimes just below and sometimes on the right side. Please help me I feel as though no one is taking me seriously. Just to add I have been trying to conceive for just over 2 years and have had no success what so ever even though when I've takin ovulation kits it says I'm ovulating.
