I Was Diagnosed With Pernicious Anaemia 2yrs Ago, I Frequently

I was diagnosed with pernicious anaemia 2yrs ago, I frequently get out breaks of urticaria and have done for many years before I was diagnosed. I have had tests for allergies but they have never found anything I am allergic to, could there be a link between the previous anemia and the urticaria.
