I Was Diagnosed With Pinkeye Yesterday, A Severe Case. As

I was diagnosed with pinkeye yesterday, a severe case. As I deal with that I notice I have 2 to 3 I guess they would be considered Boyle's under each armpit. They do not hurt they are not headed out however they are little lumps of the size of peas I suppose May be a bit larger than a Pea. I'm concerned whether or not the pinkeye viral or bacterial him is related to the glands under my armpits. Could you help me with this? Thank you Ted
