I Was Diagnosed With Pneumonia Friday, Had A Shot And

I was diagnosed with pneumonia Friday, had a shot and finished a z pack yesterday, but had a fever last night of 100.3 and weakness. I am still weak today and feel like it's a little hard to breathe deeply. Before I was diagnosed, I had had a cold/cough for about 1.5 weeks and only a slight fever the day before being diagnosed (~99.2) I made another appointment for 1.5 hours from now. I'm hoping they can listen to my lungs and see if they are getting worse. I'm guessing it was viral pneumonia, but not sure what they will be able to do for me. I'm ok when I lay down pretty much, but I think the fever keeps coming back after the ibuprofen wears off. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance. I am a healthy, thin, 40 year old woman. I did have pneumonia three years ago.
