I Was Diagnosed With Pneumonia, But I Feel Super Heavy

I was diagnosed with pneumonia, but I feel super heavy on my feet, my whole muscle system seem to be extremely crampy? I only feel better if lying or off my feet ,when I'm standing I feel my nerves in my feet almost like they are being squeezed. bizarre can u help me
