I Was Diagnosed With Pneumonia Yesterday After Having Some Of

I was diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday after having some of the symptoms for about 3 days. However, there still has been no cough or congestion. Am wondering if that shows up later or if it's possible I have some other issue that causes a handful of pneumonia's other symptoms.
