I Was Diagnosed With Primary Peritonel Cancer In 2010 And

I was diagnosed with primary peritonel Cancer in 2010 and did 6 rounds of chemo. I had a CT scan done 2 months ago and it shows a 7cm pelvic cyst but the oncology doc don't seem too concerned but I'm not buying it. Should I be worried ?
