I Was Diagnosed With Rosea Two Months Ago- Got Passed

I was diagnosed with rosea two months ago- got passed the large patch and all the smaller patches of bad skin without any discomfort. I now have large different looking patches of rash areas from my waist down that are painful and when I put lotion on them cause them to unbearably burn- any thoughts?
