I Was Diagnosed With Salmonella With Positive Testing Stool Sample

I was diagnosed with salmonella with positive testing stool sample after experiencing blood and mucous in the faeces and extreme fatigue. I have had symptoms for 5-6 days now, and was started on C-Flox 500 twice a day yesterday. Currently I am experiencing a heaviness in my arms and legs, even when not moving, coupled with shooting pains and constant dull aches. Is this a normal symptom of salmonella, or could it be more related to dehydration? Wondering if I need IV fluids.
