I Was Diagnosed With Sciatica And Was Prescribed This Along

I was diagnosed with sciatica and was prescribed this along with several pain medicines. Is it ok to combine. Does this act like a muscle relaxer. Other meds. Tremadol, gabapentin. Also taking blood pressure and cholesterol medications.
