I Was Diagnosed With Shingles Yesterday And Put On An

I was diagnosed with shingles yesterday and put on an antiviral. The rash is my second time getting shingles. I had it back in September and it went away in 6-8 weeks. I have lupus, so my compromised immune system probably had something to do with getting shingles again. My current rash is all around my belly button, and on several different spots on my back. Today my anus area started feeling irritated, is it possible to get the rash in this area? Should I contact my dr? What type of precaution should I take if shingles is on my anus area?
