I Was Diagnosed With Sinusitis 2 Weeks Ago. I Had

I was diagnosed with sinusitis 2 weeks ago. I had a CT done and put on antibiotics. I had a physical a week ago and was prescribed rx for high bp and effexor for anxiety. I have been on the effexor for 2 days. I still have pressure in my head and is under my eye and goes to my ear and around the back of my ear. I am feeling light headed to where I don't want to do anything. Could the sinus infection still be there after 10 days of taking the augmentum or could it be something else?
