I Was Diagnosed With Strep Over 2 Weeks Ago.... Had

I was diagnosed with strep over 2 weeks ago.... had a 10 day course of ABX prescribed. went back to the doctor 1 week out with worsened sore throat told that the strep had cleared but my throat was still very raw and irritated.... given Tylenol3 and prednisone. At this point I feel like I am swallowing razors!! ZERO pain relief, what should I do?
