I Was Diagnosed With The Flu. I Was Put On

I was diagnosed with the flu. I was put on Tamiflu on Monday approximately 2 1/2 days after acute symptoms began.By Tuesday I was afebrile all day without Tylenol. I went back to work today and did fine in the morning but even on Tylenol started getting fever and chills in the afternoon. On Tylenol my temperature was 101. When the four hour cycle ended my temperature spiked to 103. Can Tamiflu exacerbate your symptoms.what is the best way to proceed. My symptoms are all upper respiratory. No G.I. symptoms line
