I Was Diagnosed With Travelers Diarreah Three Months Ago, And

I was diagnosed with travelers diarreah three months ago, and treated, and it was under control for awhile. now, for the last week it is terrible. I can't eat anything without having it go right through me. I called my doc and they say keep taking lopromide and more fiber. it still doesn't work. i'm currently under chemo for follicular lymphoma. any suggestions?
