I Was Diagnosed With Vocal Cord Polyps 15 Years Ago,

I was diagnosed with vocal cord polyps 15 years ago, at times I am hoarse but it usually goes away within a month. I noticed thin red spider veins all over back of throat pharynx rea. When I said ahhhhh the pallntine tonsil on L side came out and was extremely red and looked like small half pencil eraser growth on the end of the palatine tonsil...within two days when I said ahh it didn't come out. It couldn't be seen ... I did see when I pulled flap and looked at it, that it had three very very tiny white dots...I had No fever, no sore throat, not signs at all of tonsillitis, or strep...I did have ,a nd have previously have swollen lymph nodes in chin, under both ears, down whole lenght of neck, neck muscles both sides down neck were very sore...No fever, etc no sore throat. Because I have Barrett's Esopagus, have smked for 40 years,and swollen glands the Urgent care Dr. said I must go no later tan 3-4 days to ENT to have scope dome down my throat. Do have an apt ,but worried bc I know the urgent care Dr. wants to r/o oral Cancer of Throat cancer, I have been hoarse aprrox. 2 months, but couldn't that been resolved.I have been doing some singing and a lot of talking, etc. Small red spider veins are over back of throat, middloe like near the mouth on the back wall...Your opiion couldn't it be tonsil stones, bc I get a tickle sometimes on left side where growth was,, can't always clear it by drinking water....swollen glands and full length neck muscle pain, resolved... opinion plse. Are very red spider veins on pharynz are and near opening to throat veins too,
