I was diagnostic with atypical ductal hyperplasia . Went to see the specialist and without looking a my films he recommed the needle local iced lumpectomy. When they did the biopsy I was told they did not find micro calcification so I am a little concern about going through a surgery. Should I get a second opinion? Should I take my films to the doctor to see if this will change the diagnostic?
