I Was Discharge From Hospital After 3 Low Back Fusions.

I was discharge from hospital after 3 low back fusions. Complications were extremely low B/P 50's -60'sover40's. I had difficulty swallowing. My blood fell to 8.6 so I was given a transfusion before discharge. I am a 68 yr old Caucasian. My question is do I take Narco or stick with Vicodin? I do not want all these similar Meds around the house. What about Xanax verses Valium in the past I have used Vicodin and YYYY@YYYY
