I Was Doing A Somersault In My Neighbor's Pool, And

I was doing a somersault in my neighbor's pool, and blew too hard and popped my ear. It hurt really bad, then it stopped for awhile, then it just started hurting again. Symptoms
Sharp pain in the inner ear and pain going slightly into my neck. Is this a concern to have??
