I Was Doing An Aerial (no Handed Cartwheel) And When

I was doing an aerial (no handed cartwheel) and when I took off I heard and felt a huge popping in my knee. It's swollen and very stiff. I also get random bouts of lightheadedness now. What should I do? Why am I lightheaded? This is day 2 of the injury
