I was doing crunches and when I did a crunch I had a sharp pain in my chest... I laid back down... did another crunch and the pain worsened. Now if I take deep breathes it hurts, move side to side it burns and it hurts to bring my arms/shoulder together to bend down to pick something up. Could I have pulled a muscle in my chest??
