I was doing water survival for offshore they do a couple flight simulator one is where you are inverted while the flight simulator was rolling over I had water rush up my nose everything was fine until I came up to the surface to get some fresh air then I got this massive headache that started in the back of my head and went to the sides then a couple of minutes later I got a small noes bleed this is my second time going threw this course but the first time for the headache and nose bleed I didn't hit my head on anything now when I have intercourse with my wife the left side of my head hurts for a little bit
