I Was Dragged By A Car 21 Dec 2015, After

I was dragged by a car 21 Dec 2015, after visiting local Orthopaedician, I was taking Cataflam with Ibex due to severe pains at my back waist that made me have ulcer which the doctor after a general lab text placed me on those drugs sent earlier (Arthrotec-75,Cimentine Tab USP 400,Lynmeprazole 20,Loxagyl 400,Silybon-70.
But I still have pain from my back right waist to my right tight which courses me pain while standing for short period.
Please Dr. what do I do?? I really need to get back to normal.
