I Was Driving Home And Had An Instant Pain Just

I was driving home and had an instant pain just inside my left hip bone, about 2" below my belly button. It lasted just a few minutes but happened again last night when I was laying in bed. I sat up quickly because it hurt but then faded away. I happened again just a few minutes ago. But hasn't gone away yet.
