I Was Driving Through The Mountains And All Of A

I was driving through the mountains and all of a sudden I got a severe headach. It started with shooting pain and tingling and is a small bit sensitive to the touch on the top left of my head. It happened about an hour ago and while the pain is a bit better it is still very uncomfortable.
