I Was Driving, Went Over A Couple Of Bumps &

I was driving, went over a couple of bumps & suddenly my vision was distorted. It was as if both eyes were not working together. I closed one & could see fine out of the other & did same with other eye. But when I opened both together couldn't seem to focus. Drove with r eye closed for a bit & checked a couple of times to see if symptoms had passed. After about 2 mins vision went back to normal? What could have caused this?
