I Was Due For My Period In 2 Days And

I was due for my period in 2 days and I was about to head off on a camping trip! I don't take the pill but had a spare packet from when I did and took a pill each day for 3 days to avoid my period its now day 4 and I have stopped taking the pill because I am back from my camping trip so I am happy for my period to come on. My question is would the pill I took actually be the reason my period was delayed ?
