I Was Dx With Ble Blocked Tubes And Hydro On

I was dx with ble blocked tubes and hydro on left side i just had surgery 9/3/15 the left tube was taking away the right tube was mid way unblocked because they noticed hydrosalpinx on end of right tube. So now i have my right tube mostly unblocked with the hydrosalpinx at the end. Can i still get pregnant???
