I Was Dx'd With Sjogrens Syndrome And Trochantic Bursitis About

I was dx'd with Sjogrens Syndrome and trochantic bursitis about 16 years ago, however this bursitis never goes away.It is a constant achy burning sensation in bilateral hips and right shoulder. Lately in past couple months, this pain in right hip is so bad I can't sleep and makes it very hard to turn over. It burns and the burning goes down my front thigh. I have been tested over and over for RA, but negative. I find it hard to believe that this is bursitis due to it never goes away. Also I found out that a good friend of mine has hep C, and I helped take care of him and his port site for dialysis so now I'm wondering about that. On top of that, my sons girlfriend just tested positive for chlamydia...she was in hot tub at apt and after she got out has severe itching and rash. Drs say it came from the hot tub we were all in. That was couple weeks ago and now I have had severe body itching all over, no rash. Especially in my back and behind my knees. My knees suddenly seem to have baker's cyst symptoms, and its making it very hard to walk, painful. When I wake up in morning I can hardly move due to all my joints hurting and very stiff. This started before the knee symptoms and itching. I dont know where to start with all this
