I Was Dying By A Bee 24 Hours Ago. At

I was dying by a bee 24 hours ago. At the time it was normal I havr been stung previously pulled te stinger out and the pain subsided after 5 minutes or so with no swelling. I woke up this morning and noticed a small pimple formed where I was stung. I left it alone and now this afternoon my arm is starting to swell turn red and warm. Could this be MRSA and what shouldn't do?
