I Was Eating A Peach And Had Eaten About 3/4

I was eating a peach and had eaten about 3/4 of it when I noticed something moving and it turned out to be a maggot. I noticed that on the other pieces of peach that I cut there were maggots cut in half. I also noticed there were a lot of black specs, which im assuming are the feces. should I visit a doctor due to this circumstance?
