I Was Eating And Swallowed A Large Chunk Of Food.

I was eating and swallowed a large chunk of food. It felt like it was stuck. Right after that I started to get chest pains. Went to emergency room they did blood test and ekg and said not heart related. Taking pepcid which helps,with painful swallowing but still have pain in chest. What could cause this?
