I Was Eating Bread And While I Was Chewing, A

I was eating bread and while I was chewing, a little crumb went right up behind my upper teeth, I don't know if it's lodged there as there are no visible parts to it, or if it's just the sensation it caused. I felt like it buried inside and I'm scared. What should I do?
