I Was Eating Hard Candy Yesterday And Got A Piece

I was eating hard candy yesterday and got a piece stuck in my throat. It hurt really bad and I coughed a bit before it came out. Now my is sore and I'm really scared I've scratched it and it will get infected. It feels like its at the very top of my esophagus. There's been no blood.
