I Was Eating Rice Last Night When I Felt Something

I was eating rice last night when I felt something stuck In the bottom left side of my throat putting pressure on my throat everytime I swallow after I was finished. When I lay down flat it feels like there is even more pressure on my throat and like its slightly harder to breath but I still can. Do I have rice stuck down there or did it cut tissue?
