I Was Elbowed In My Right Temple, Now Swelling Is

I was elbowed in my right temple, now swelling is starting to happen? What should I do and can I sleep? Temple was hit about 4 hours ago. What symptoms should I be looking for or should I be looking out for any symptoms, if so what? Never was unconscious or dizzy.
