I Was Emptying A Pale Of Chemical Bleach Into An

I was emptying a pale of chemical bleach into an other bucket and i breathed in the fumes . later i was having a dry cough . while later i had a burning raw sore throat and lungs and was coughing . as the night progress i was coughing so hard I WAS gagging and was coughing up phlegm i also had a fever and had a headache .it has been two days now an d I am feeling better was this form the bleach or a bug
