I Was Experiencing Tingling And Numbness In The Fingers Of

I was experiencing tingling and numbness in the fingers of my right hand along with uncontrollable movement. I went to my doctor and he gave me an injection of Depo-Medrol in my wrist. Now I am experiencing pain of 8 on a scale of 1-10 in my right hand. My fingers cannot open completely out. My wrist hurts when I try to open my hand and my fingers are tingling on the end but not as much as before. My overall movement of my right hand has decreased I believe by at least 80%. I went to my doctor office but it was close. I got the shot yesterday. Should I go to urgent care or the ER? or is this a side effect
