I Was Extremely Shaky And I Thought I Was Just

I was extremely shaky and I thought I was just hungry so after I ate supper I am experiencing tingling (like pins and needles) on my tongue in my mouth, lips and jaw. I have had the symptoms for over an hour now. Should I be concerned? Thank you Sharon Greer
