I Was Feeling Constipation From Almost A Year. Now I

I was feeling constipation from almost a year. Now i was having strain in my belly during morning. I visited a gastroenterologist and he suggested me to do USG, Stool test and CBC CBG.
USG and CBC are normal but stool test is showing
Cyst
Occult Blood
Pus Cells and
Ova. What is the possible disease and what should i do further?
