I Was Fitted With A Pressary Ring For My Prolapse

I was fitted with a pressary ring for my prolapse bladder on weds. no problem until today. I am a little uncomfortable and I have no sensation of having to urinate my bladder just empty's it self all over me. Should I take the pessary ring out? Or is this normal. I have a dr appt. this coming Tuesday.
