I Was Getting In My Car, Drivers Side, I Turned

I was getting in my car, drivers side, I turned too quickly to the right and felt sharp paid on left side right under rib. I doesn't hurt unless I move in certain way. I thought pain would be gone by now. This happened yesterday. I am over 65, but not overweight and as far as I know, in very good health. Marilyn in Old Town Scottsdale Arizona
