I Was Getting The B 12 Shot Once A Month

I was getting the B 12 shot once a month but now am taking a 1000 mg tablet daily, I am having burning on the bottom of my feet, leg muscle aches and a rash could it be the B 12. My dr also has me taking magnesium, could that be causing the side effects?
