I Was Given 6 Cytocex And 2 Little Orange Pills

I was given 6 cytocex and 2 little orange pills today after i took a pregnancy test that came out positive...i was told to chew 1 orange pill and 15 mins after take 3 cytocex and after 1/2hour repeat the steps ...i did it and i am not experiencing any signs that it is taking effect....pleasr explain this to me...thank you kindly i await ur response...Adannah
