I was given azithromycin 250mg for a sinus infection started taking the medicine yesterday today I have symptoms of cellulitus in my right arm due to having lymph nodes removed to breast cancer For this i take clindamycin HLC 250 mg. is there danger taking both of these drugs until I can get into see my doctor
