I Was Given Cipro For A UTI Im Feeling Better

I was given cipro for a UTI im feeling better but in the morning the lower back on the right side really hurts as the morning goes on it goes away. Also my right arm in the bend has been hurting. It seems the joints in my hands have been hurting too. Before I was told I had the UTI I was drinking a lot of soda now I'm not drinking any soda but still a little tea. I probably need to totally get off of caffeine period. PLEASE HELP
