I Was Given Prednisone To Take Just Three Doses Before

I was given prednisone to take just three doses before my CAT scan because I had an allergic reaction on my last one. My normal resting heart rate is usually around 68. Since I took the prednisone it went to around 100. It has been about 12 hrs since my last dose and my heart rate is stil high around 93. Is this normal and will it slow back down as the prednisone wears off?
