I Was Given The Vaccine Shot For Shingles And My

I was given the vaccine shot for shingles and my are is swollen in the area where the shot was given and I have a huge red spot and also very sore. Very warm to the touch too. Is this normal or am I having a bad reaction to the vaccine.
